We are getting married in less than 2 weeks at Pier House in Key West... we are having 22 guests (family only) and wanted everything to be low key. My only requirement in planning was that my toes had to be in the sand for the ceremony! We only had about 3 months to plan it and at first I was having a very hard time finding a location since we were not flexible with date and most places had $5000 minimums. Then I stumbled across Pier House and I am SO excited for our big day! The wedding coordinator and food/beverage coordinator there are AMAZING! We are having our ceremony on the beach, followed by photos, then just a nice sit down dinner on the private deck at their restaurant. They gave me suggested vendors for cake, flowers, photography, JP, etc that they have worked with in the past and could guarantee were good. I'm positive it will be exactly what we imagined for our dream day, but I can let you know for sure in a few weeks! Good Luck!

Me and My Fiance are looking into a small low key wedding in the Keys, We have seen a few company's that offer a package for under the grand for a low key ceremony and also some photography for under a grand, Anyone have any experience with them, is this a good idea? or is there a different avenue we should pursue. only going to be a dozen to a little over a dozen in attendance, We want something casual but not "assembly lineish" or cheesy. we figure ceremony on beach then we all go to dinner at a near by restaurant then find some bar to have some fun at after dinner.
