My ring (sol295) is 1.25 carat unenhanced. If I had gone with a .75 carat, it would have been under $600 dollars. I think that I would have been happy with the 1 carat, I just ordered it a bit bigger because I have chunky fingers and I was worried about finger coverage also. I was sized at the jeweler’s as being a size 8, but it felt too snug to me there, so I ordered an 8.5. It’s a bit loose, I probably could have it sized a bit smaller, but I’m leaving it as is so when I have the wedding band also it won’t be too tight. I may size down later if I need to. It seems to me that their sizing runs a bit big.

I was worried about ordering online too, but with all the good reviews here on the bee, I went for it, and I am very happy 🙂  There are quite a few rings there that are under $600 that are quite beautiful.

It’s not flashy, but it’s not too plain either. I haven’t seen anyone else with anything like it. I love it 🙂

And here’s a picture:

You can also check for moissanite retailers on eBay. Pay close attention to their return policies. So long as you can return things to them within a reasonable amount of time, you won’t lose much in the end. Another option is Charles and Colvard’s web site: moissanite.com . I’ve gotten items from there, some of which were on sale at a great price. And they often have coupons for a certain percentage off your first purchase. Highly recommended!
