I was considering ordering a dress from them (I'm actually one of the people who had posted on that Project Wedding thread that crebre80 pointed out). I got skeptical when I realized that there was only one person I could find who ever posted positively about them and her username was remarkably similar to the name of the person who I'd been emailing with about ordering a dress. I'd be happy to forward you the emails if you want. Another thing that made me cautious was she stopped emailing me altogether when I asked for fabric swatches and mentioned chatting on the phone.
Who knows, they might be legit but I didn't want to take the risk.
Have you contacted netbride.com? It won't be as cheap as smart and swanky but it usually is a lot cheaper! Good luck! I love "Harmony" as well!
I second the recommendation of getting a price quote from Netbride.com. I bought my Watters dress from them and saved a lot of money. And you get the real thing, not a knockoff.

Hey bees...I have fallen in love with this dress...it is PERFECT: everything I had imagined and very figure flattering which is hard for me to find. The catch, the price tag of $2000. I have contacted Smart and Swanky Bridal and they will make it for $415. I was just wondering....has anyone else used them and what was your experience like?
