This site shows the little burners I want:
I don't want a cake for our wedding, instead I want a dessert bar with smores, brownies and apple crisp! I've always tried to imagine how you could have smores at a wedding logistically. Share with everyone if you figure it out!
okay.. I'm in love right now! Thanks for posting that! I'm so going to try and attempt this! lol I wonder if the bride is on here.. hhmm
Something like this?

Not sure exactly what type of rocks are used there. Someone at a local hardware store may be able to tell you. But the butane cans can be found at any party supply store available for catering or you can have your caterer provide them. Make sure the area is well ventilated if you'll be indoors.
We did S'mores as a favor but people ended up making them at the reception using the candles!
Do you have a Flower Factory near you? I "think" I saw them there this past summer when I was looking for wedding stuff. If not, try maybe GFS, Sams, or BJ's.
We're getting married at a farm in a town with a noise ordinance mandating the band/DJ be shut down before 11pm. Because of that, the owners have started offering to light a bonfire down by the lake on the property, so we'll be finishing off the wedding with smores made the old fashioned way!
I found them! Cosi sells the little burner/kits for $35 online. Here is an article with a link to the website.
We're doing Smores but my caterer actually has the equipment for it so I don't really know how to go about doing it myself. It's like the one thing my FI drooled over when we met with the caterer so we pretty much had to have it.

I saw a s'mores bar on a photographer's blog and of course I'm loving this idea. Does anyone know where you can get the mini (they look about the size of a little can) sized burners to sit on a table.
Has anyone doing s'mores at their reception? If so, how are you doing it?
