I’m not sure what you are asking. Are you looking for ideas for a s’mores bar favor? Or a s’mores bar set up at the wedding? Or both?

Most s’mores bars are simply variations on a theme- sterno cans set in a base of rocks to stabilize them and spread out the heat source.

You can use any long shallow holder for the rocks that goes with your look or make something from lumber yourselves.

I am going to be doing the same thing.  My venue however is a historic mansion and even though we are only using the outside grounds, they are very picky on the open flame issue.  You may want to double check that with your venue.

I have seen people talk about the mini hibachi grills used for pu pu platters.  So of course with the issue I am having I just did some research and came up with these grills.  If you buy a case they are $4.95 each!!!!   Keep in mind if you do the box with the rocks it adds up pretty quickly.

If anyone is interest in going in on these I am looking to order some for my June 22, 2013 wedding I would be happy to split the cost with ya!
