Hello all, I got stuck a few months back on the idea of having a smores bar at the wedding. Fiance and I thought it would be a great thing to have waiting for our guests when they arrive at the reception hall .I’ve looked up how to put it all together and the primary way people seem to be doing it is with those steno pots. My question is do you think those are safe (won’t contaminate the marshmallows, set our indoor banquet hall on fire) The other idea I had was a hot cocoa/coffee bar served with the cake with mini marshmallows, the rolled stick cookies( think they are called Parilines) caramels to go in the coffee and cocoa what do you guys think? Can you think of any othe mix ins?
