Grab a good book, or a chick flick and a mug of hot chocolate and relax!!!
Snow day here too! Too bad I'm feeling sick though.....
FI and the kids are shoveling and I'm on the computer, lol. But I'm planning on working on my OOT bags, gotta glue labels on water bottles. At least I'll feel productive if I do that.
Read, take a nap, watch a movie, watch a TV show that you havent had time for, watch the olympics!, build a snowman, make something yummy to eat, make a to do list
I would make a bunch of fun foods, some for you and something for when your FI comes home. Or bake something nice! If that fails, reading a good book is always a dall well spent to me.
I want to bake something, but not sure what. Depends what we have because I'm not going out lol You can take my child abuse prevention thingy for me if you want ;) It's online, like 2 hours I think? And just mail me the certificate you get. I need it for class :D I also have 500 Days of Summer that I might try to get around to watching.
Ahhh lucky! I don't understand, I got a snow day on Feb 10th, but not today, and conditions look veeerrry similar outside :( Oh well...I second the suggestions to catch up on tv and make something yummy (baked goods or dinner type foods).
@joeswifey--I did that child abuse prevention thing online too! The most annoying this was that my computer kept freezing in the middle of the little videos you have to watch.
If i had a snow day Id prob be making the most of finishing diy projects and lots of movies and hot choc!
@hilsy Did you have to take a test at the end, or is it just a matter of watching all the videos?
I'm so jealous! I live in Maine (hello, frozen north anyone?) and it's 40 degrees and a little rainy here today. meh
If I had a snow day though...maybe take the dogs for a walk (if they like snow, and if it's nice fluffy snow), then pour over recipe books for something that will cook for hours and make the house smell really good...give myself a pedicure and manicure, watch some daytime junky tv, check out Movies on Demand, make hot choc, and just veg out all day! :)

Sorry, there are no users yet.
We have record-breaking snow in NYC, and my office has closed for the day (woohooo long weekend!!). FI's office is still open (haha, die-hard ibankers!), so it's just me and the poochies. I've already worked out for the day, any suggestions on what I should do??
