I am officially done with all the silly meds the doc put me on for migraines. I will be going back to my bikram yoga 4 times a week, no alcohol, and eating well. I am so excited that I will be starting back with my hot yoga tomorrow I can hardly contain myself! I know that this is not an immediate fix for my headaches and I will prob need to continually adjust what goes in my body, but this yoga helps me with everything in life. It not only has health benefits (both mentally and physically) but it helps me with stress at work, keeps me productive and full of energy throughout the day too.

    YEA!!! :)

What do you bee's do to stay happy and fit?

YAY!!! I have recently just fell in love with hot yoga... something about it is so addicting, as crappy as I feel beforehand, I always leave class refreshed and feeling better! Enjoy!

Hot yoga is where you are in a really hot room Im not sure what the temperate is, but its supposed to be better for your muscles and since you sweat more you are burning more calories....anyone feel free to correct me if Im wrong!

I officially go on my pre-wedding diet/workout regimen on January 1st! I only want to lose about 10-15 pounds, but I want to tone up more than anything. Fi and I are going to work out more together, it'll be nice to motivate each other!

Jessa thats only 5 months to lose 10-15 lbs!!! Dont overdo it! Its definitely possible to do it, but dont beat yourself up if you cant reach your 15 lb goal! Maybe work with a personal trainer and tell him/her your goal so that they can point you in the right direction to exercises that will really work! Didnt you just get engaged!? You are having a short engagement!
