Gorgeous! Our venue actually requires that we use one of 8 florists on their list, and in a city like NY, that is a tiny fraction of them so I feel your pain on not getting to do anything DIY. However with so many other details to have in mind I am happy to let the professionals handle this one. :)
Beautiful!!! I am currently looking for a florist that is reasonable, wanted to DIY my flowers too but everyone is suggesting that it might be too stressful. Do you mind sharing your florist' info? I also live in LA!
By the way, my venue also requires the $1M insurance coverage. Where is your venue?

So I was looking into doing my own flowers cause I know how to get the centerpieces I want for real cheap. My family lives in LA and the flower district cant get you what you need! Only issue is, our venue requires a licensed florist and a minimum of 1 million dollars in insurance! So we had to get a florist:( we have searched high and low and finally we got a awesome florist at a very reasonable price!! we are so excited for the end result!! This is some of her ideas for small centerpieces and ceremony decor. the picture on the bottom is the main centerpieces!!
