I spent about $80 on him plus stocking stuff. i got him pj pants, a monopod, and his favorite tv show on dvd

@jwinnings - that sounds like a reasonable amount....what's a monopod?
My FI is getting... a jacket! We aren't doing more than one gift to each other this year. We're both spending around $100--his jacket is a columbia one he's wanted, and i'm getting a Coach purse that was on super sale thanks to the coach outlet! :)
We set a limit of $150, so I was ablt to get a couple things. A pair of Bruins tickets (but I only factored the price of one because the other one is technically for me), some cologne, a new pair of Reef flops, and some small stuff like socks, candies, etc.
Oh, and a new pair of Christmas pj pants for his Christmas Eve gift. That's my tradition...new pjs each Christmas Eve. :)
I told him $10 but I got him a Mini Keurig coffeemaker ecause I was supposed to buy him a phone for his birthday and I was broke when he needed it. I set the $10 limit because of the wedding and we're going to London in January-February and he's buying me my plane ticket (I figured his gift to me covered Xmas, V-day, B-day, etc lol)
120, but it's for Christmas and Anniversary- I see him the 30th and our anniversary is January 3rd
So far, I have spent $20. He'd be fine with that, since I don't have a job, but I feel like I should get him something more than just a shirt. :/
We originally pinky promised that we wouldnt get for eachother, only for his 3 girls and stockings. That didnt last.....
Its our first Christmas so I had to do something, I got him a nerf dart gun with 2 guns ( so i can fight back), call it childish but we get whatever we want all year round so I wanted to make it fun and non predictable. Also stocking stuffers so total about 60 bux and i left him 60 bux in his car to shop for me. He asked why he couldnt use the bank card and i told him that i manage the money and I would see where he shopped. Ha, i also got extra darts as a stocking stuffer :)
He asked if i left a list and i said nope, figure it out yourself!!! hehe, well see how he does!!

what is everyone spending on their SO. My FH has yet to tell me what our budget for each other is. I originally said let's just buy for our daughter and do stockings for each other and he said no. I don't know if I got him enough and what he plans on getting me, I just don't want either of us to go crazy there's no reason, but I also don't want to be like oh here's this little thing and I got something fantastic (like jewelry *finger crossed* lol). But in all honesty it's not a competition I just want to do something simple. ughh what are you ladies planning on??
