My dog will not stop chasing our poor kitties.  We bought him a shock collar that also has a beeper on it.  You can use the beep before the shock to train the dog that when he hears the beep he should stop.  I LOVE this collar!  I only had to shock him once and he got it!  Now we just use the beep and he's listening to us off leash.  Thank God for technology!

Any cool pet products you guys use?

I bet the kitties are grateful for the shock collar. :P

In my last apartment, we had one of those old classic radiators (the apt was about 80 or 90 years old) and it would get really hot, rattle, hiss, and spit water. Most of the time we'd leave it off or low, because our top floor apartment stayed warm anyways. But my cat Holly loves warm things, and she learned how to twist the knob so it'd turn on, and then she'd curl around it. It made me so nervous!

So I bought her one of those heated cat beds. It only turns on when she's in it, and both she and Zoey, our other cat, love it!

That's awesome! I'm glad the collar worked for you. Sounds like your dog is smart!

I wish a shock collar worked on our dog! He barks ALL the time! Over a year ago, when it was just hubby here (we weren't married at the time) he actually came home one day to find a warning from the city telling him that he needed to keep his dog quiet or he would get a citation for it! (I guess one of the neighbors reported it) After that, he bought a shock collar, but the stupid dog learned to shake his head really hard so the shocker would be at the BACK of his neck, so he could still bark and the vocal cords wouldn't make it go off!!!!  Since then, nothing has worked, BUT I guess the neighbor decided it wasn't worth it because we haven't gotten any tickets!
