I got my veil today and I absolutely love it!! It came out exactly as I’d hope and I’m so happy with it, I want to make sure those who are looking for a veil know about OBridal.com. She’s on Etsy, but there’s only about four veil styles listed there and on her site there are many, many more options. I would highly recommend this vendor.
I stumbled across their site when I was looking for directions on how to wear a drop veil. Their SEO isn’t the greatest so don’t rely on Google to find them but they’re such a fabulous vendor. (I’d initially ordered a veil from an Etsy vendor and when I opened the box I thought “oh, this is that freakout moment people always talk about.” It was yellow. But that’s not to blame the vendor — I’d ordered ivory, and she carried a dark ivory. I should’ve gotten a swatch before ever ordering. Luckily, she allowed me to return the veil for a full refund.) I ordered a swatch set from OBridal.com (lesson learned!) and was so excited to see that they have something like six different shades of tulle. I purchased a 140″ drop veil, no comb attached, with lace trim on the back of the veil. I even got to choose my lace — I sent them a link of the lace I’d like to use and they ordered it and applied it. Easy peasy. And all that for only $200! Kathy responded to all my emails within 24 hours and shipped promptly. I’m so excited to get to wear my beautiful veil in February!
I don’t have a photo my veil, however this is the lace I used (Point de Paris, found on Baltazor.com)
And this is an examle of where the lace trim is.
