I'm beside myself you guys! I couldn't believe it when I unwrapped it! We had our quarterly office luncheon today and when we all got done I got up to get some dessert and my boss told me to sit back down. He then proceeded to say that not only were we celebrating birthdays but that someone was also graduating. My other boss that acts like my mom, put this graduate thing infront of my and graduation confetti all around me! Then he talked about how long I've been here and about how hard I worked on school and maintained my work stuff too. He then pulled a gift out from under our conference room computer...no clue how he got it past my desk since I'm the receptionist but he did. He handed it to me and said everyone chipped in and not to spend my $5 all in one place! Haha! I opened it and was so surprised! I mean who does that? Oh that's right my office! Love these guys!
That is so nice! I would have had to struggle to hold back the tears! It also says good things about you, that your co-workers value your company and your work.
@julies1949: Oh I def had to hold back! I was laughing at first and then I started to thank them all for standing by me for so long and had to stop because I could feel them coming and I do not like to cry!

Thanks everyone! I graduate at 10am tomorrow! I'm hoping that I don't do something stupid, you know like trip and fall flat on my face! haha! I got new TOMS just for graduation though to avoid having to wear heels.

They all chipped in and bought me an iPad2!!!! I've been working here for almost 4 years now, ever since I started at my current college, so they've been with me all along the way. I can't believe how generous they are and how awesome of a gift they gave me! I thought they may give me a card and a gift card to some where but not an iPad! It's so crazy cool! I've never had one and needless to say I'm stoked! Oh and graduating Saturday isn't bad either! Haha! Just had to brag about how great my co-workers and bosses are!
