@KatNYC2011: It's up- quickly realized my full name and signature was showing! Had to crop.
I have never seen anything so weird and, no, not your card. Everytime I refresh I can see different pictures.
So after a few refreshes... its very cute!

When I first opened it, I thought, She made a card ON an ipad? Then I realized what it was! You fooled me, I thought it was a legit ipad! So cute!!

Okay, so long story short I was able to stretch my budget slightly and for a combined Christmas/Birthday gift I got him an iPad 1st gen 16gb wifi +3g capability. However- it wasn't in in time for his birthday so I made him a birthday card. Also- the inside image is because I have been wanting a hedgehog and have been jokingly telling him that was what I was getting him for his birthday.
You can't tell because it is blurry but the icons look amazing! Not to toot my own horn or anything...hah.
