@kjpugs- so pretty! did you get contoured bands to fit your e-ring or straight?
@pmerr- I used silk shirts I had and pearls. Seemed to work the best for me. I tried balancing it on things but they didn't come out very well.

He got me two tiny contoured bands (since I like symmetry,LOL) and they are a tad thinner and also have diamonds bead set. They'll all be getting soldered together.
I try them on when he's not home... see?

HAHAHA and looking at that picture big I"m a weeeee bit embarassed!
Heres mine, it is a vintage piece he bought in Atlanta. 1.25 center and i think .2 on either side. It has a very detailed band and he says that's his favorite part of the ring. Something I never thought about before I got my ring, was how clean and sparkly it should be. I am very satisfied!
@kjpugs- lmao-- love your face in that one! I haven't decided about wedding bands yet-- have tons of time! The two-band look IS super pretty (and blingy!)!

I took a few a couple months ago but most of them are blurry-here are some of the good ones. I'll have to take some pics in the next month & do a nice thread about my ring.

@kjpugs - Thanks! I love it too! For the band, my FI got a band for me already, but I'm not sure about it (http://boards.weddingbee.com/topic/i-need-ring-help)...we're thinking about just getting a half eternity or something!

can anyone tell me how to size down my pics, i use a MAC. i cannot figure it out!
@nicloop- I'm a mac girl too! Are your pictures in iphoto? If so, go to file > export, then choose jpeg and size medium, and then you can just choose your desktop as a location (easy to find) and the files will be appropriately sized. If you're using Preview then go to Tools > Adjust Size and make sure the size is under 100mb
@Nic Loop I have a mac... I edit the pic in preview (save a copy to the desktop then open in preview) and then go to tools -> adjust size. The one I posted was 3 inches across but clearly... not the case... I usually just have to make it smaller and smaller until it will take the post.
@amanda.lynn I love where the diamonds are from! I agree it's a bit much. Personally, since you are using 2 of her's in your ring, I would probably sell 2 for the band and make the other 2 earrings?

@nicloop- love your ring! To be honest I'm usually fiercely anti-heart in any jewelry but I LOVE the tiny little one in the side of your ring! Also--- really??? Are you getting a puppy or an older one? I got mine about 2 years ago when he was 3 and I love him soooooo much. I was a little worried about the responsibility of having a dog all on my own and I shouldn't have even worried, he makes me laugh every single day! So so so worth it. :)

@cbott LOVE the yellow sapphire! I was in love with canary diamonds, I had no idea that there were sapphires in such a rich color too!
Oh, I hope these work! I'm on FI's desk top and I don't know how to resize unless I'm on the laptop-and it's been going haywire! So here's hoping they work!

And he actually bought a whole set for the wedding ring as this one is hard to match anything with and he wanted me to have two rings on my left finger even if I said I didn't mind wearing one on each hand... aaww!!
