We had some issues (such as tornadoes) on our day but there’s nothing I could do about it so why stress? I hadn’t really stressed about any of it though. With 300+ people I wasn’t going to try to make everyone happy  and DH could have cared less about most of it so I just did want I wanted and it turned out perfect. In the end it really is just one day and some things you just can’t control, like the weather and random people showing up! haha

I didn’t have a single stress on my wedding day.  One of my good guy friends who is beyond organized, was my day of coordinator, and did a fantastic job of keeping any issues to a minimum and I didn’t know a single thing until weeks later.  I was able to enjoy the day and have nothing but fond memories 🙂

I stressed about everything- until the day of the wedding. I was mildly frazzled that morning because I was arranging all the flowers myself, but after I got those suckers done in no time flat, I was the epitome of zen.

I answered the pole for a friend of mine who’s wedding took place this past Saturday.  She freakin lost her shit. I’m talking yelling, screaming, crying, temper tantrums, withdrawing, bat shit crazy.  Never want to see something like that again and I am so so glad the wedding is over.  Oh, and for the record, nothing actually went wrong.  She just went nuts from the stress.

I was definitely relaxed as far as how things went on the day of. Except, I started to get a little stressed out when we were running behind on hair and makeup and I foolishly decided to go last. (Don’t go last!). I was nervous at first because of being the center of attention but after I walked down the aisle I was perfectly fine. I couldn’t manage to catch a buzz or eat though because I so pumped up the whole time. I ended up ordering pizza at 1am at the hotel because my appetite came back by then lol.

Everything else I didn’t care about. I just went with the flow and had a blast!

tiffane6:  I didn’t care about anything.  My bridesmaids were amazing and handled everything that went ‘wrong’ I knew nothing until the next day or after it was all fixed.

I took a NAP after getting my hair done – that’s how chill I was (I put my head on my knees so as not to mess up my hair)

Nephew/ringbearer threw a fit, I didn’t care (wished his mom would have relaxed a bit – the only thing that irritated me was how much time people spent trying to make her feel better because she kept freaking about about things that no one cared about but her)

I was chill…I was tired before the ceremony. I got an energy boost after I got my hair done because it was all activity after that. I remember taking notice that the name tags on the head table weren’t arranged in the way that I’d told her, but what can ya do? Go with the flow.

tiffane6:  lol true.  Luckily I’m fairly laid back in my every day life, so that really helped as well.  Plus I kept telling myself, whatever happens, happens.  I only get to experience this day once, so I better enjoy it!

tiffane6:  Exactly!  Who wants to feel that way after their way?
