It was beautiful, just maybe a hundred or two over my budget, LOL. I do love it though.
My answer is a mix of two of your poll options. I think it's beautiful, but I'd never have a wedding like that (for budget reasons haha) and it's not me or my FI's style at all.
I think the the wedding decor is stunning! You could do something similar, and subtitute the flowers for something cheaper.
You should never give up on your dream, but find ways to work it! :)
I think it's beautiful, but not very intimate so I voted for over the top lol. I am a fan of intimate, personal weddings and I really don't see her personality (or Kris's lol) in this wedding at all. When I saw it I was like ooh pretty...but it could just as easily be any celeb wedding you know?
Very nice of course! But I am no celebrity nor do I live a lifestyle that consist of anything near this, so its a bit over the top for me.
If someone else was paying for my wedding then I would take it. LOL
I think you could take elements of her decor. Black and white decorations can be found and some DIYed. You'd have to accept that it would be somewhat scaled back but you could most definitely do your own spin!!!
I think it's beautiful... but far too over-the-top, just like everything else about Kim K.
Too over the top for me! I have much more simple taste and like things to look warm and inviting.
I think it's pretty, I love a lot of the elements like the chandeliers. Not something I would do, but if I could have 100 different weddings, you know...
I didn't vote. I think you could totally make this work for you by adapting certain aspects. Go with the basic theme but don't line your menus with Gold and hang actual crystal from the ceiling and you should be ok.
I think it's too over the top. I would say use it as your inspiration, but tone it down. It should be cheaper that way too! Things like using a white table runner instead of a printed one, eleminating the rhinestones on the chair covers (or maybe they were crystals), reducing the number of lights and not using the fabric on the ceiling would probably make a big difference in cost.
I am in the middle. There are parts of her decor that I love (flowers and chandeliers) and parts I can't stand like her cake and I'm not a big fan of all the black.
I actually really liked Catherine McPhee's wedding and her decor is alot like what I have planned for my wedding.

hmmm... its too over the top for my tastes. I think it would be easy to replicate, try to search for old hollywood weddings in google. you will probably find a lot of ideas that are similar and much cheaper at the same time. I just think her wedding looks too "done-up" and not personal enough for my tastes
