I think its going to be a stressful road for you if you keep freaking out like this at every “symptom”. It takes some (healthy) people MONTHS to get pregnant… I’m not sure its realistic for you to get this upset when it doesn’t happen immediately.

Also, were you so dizzy that you needed a doctor? Cause at this point (you’re about 14dpo right?) if you were pregnant peeing on a stick would have done the trick.

@GooteyBootey:  doctors urine tests are the equivalent of a dollar store test In terms of sensitivity.

@GooteyBootey:  I’m sorry you didn’t get your BFP this month. It took me 8 cycles to get mine and both me and DH are healthy(mc unfortunately so still TTC). It can be frustrating but we have to persevere!! Btw, I used to get lots of symptoms and on a couple of months I was convinced I was pregnant. To avoid disappointment I stopped symptom spotting and it helped. For me anyway the symtoms the month I got my BFP were the same as other months!!

@MrsRugbee:  I think it was the dr she wanted to punch not the husband 🙂

Men have bad bedside manners, but sorry he made a joke out of it. Did you take an at home test first?? I can’t imagine going to the dr for a pg test JUST based on being dizzy?

@GooteyBootey:  Hon, you need to try to stop symptom spotting. You just had your IUD taken out in November, right? It’s going to take a while for cycles to possibly regulate, and this doesn’t mean anything is wrong. It may also take a while to TTC, and while that is super frustrating, don’t be so hard on your husband (or the doctor). It was great that he had a sense of humor about it. Seems like you were already grumpy enough for the both of you.

There is a lot of reasons you could be dizzy. I suggest if you are having problems with it have them draw blood. I was experiencing very dizzy symptoms, and I got a negative as well. My dizziness, headaches, and tiredness was caused by a vitamin d deficinecy. My level was at 11 and normal is 25, so I was pretty well depleted.

Give this some time. Since November isn’t giving it time. If you think you have symptoms, take an at home test, which is just as sensitive as the urine test at the doctor’s.

I’m sorry the test was negative. 🙁 Was your urine diluted? Sometimes even in office urine tests don’t show +. If it was blood, then that’s more definitive!
