@weddingbound:  when are you leaving for your dw?

i agree it is strange. To think i had nearly a year to plan when I joined WB and now I have been married for four months. It is crazy how quickly it all goes by and before you know it is over and you are posting recaps.

I’ve started to feel a wee bit resentful towards posters with faraway dates. They have so much time to plan! And put things off! I can’t put stuff off anymore, damnit.

I just miss it so much when I see people starting new. I loved planning as stressful as it was sometimes. I had 17 months to plan when I first got engaged and joined WB… sigh. I still remember trying to pin down the theme and colors.

@Treejewel19:  Yeah I agree I love helping others now! I’ve had multiple bees email me saying they are having the same theme or they want to use some of my ideas… it feels really good to know I didn’t completely mess up or anything LOL.

I second the notion of feeling like a “Momma bee” 😀 It’s crazy just how fast the planning goes by, yet when you’re in the midst of it, it’s just such a rollercoaster of a ride!  Right after our wedding, there were about a couple of months where I could hardly be on WB because I missed planning my own wedding.  Clearly…I’m back now. 🙂

@Mrs_Amanda:  I wish I could remember mine. I think it may have been an upset post though because the day we got engaged my ex fiance got some girl to write me this long email about how my (current DH) was cheating on me with her… it was all a lie but I was so hurt and confused. Not the best way to start on the bee but everyone has been so great I don’t plan to go anywhere even after my 1 year anniversary lol.

I’m not that new…been here for almost a year.  Our date is in 2013 but most of the wedding is planned since I’m back in school and don’t graduate until the week before the wedding.

But I laughed when I read this because my first post was asking about the difference between a seating chart and escort cards…I had no idea!!!!
