I think it’s very sweet but VERY theme-y and a lot of work.

I think if you want to go all out on a theme, the rehearsal dinner is a great place for it!

I think it’s very cute!  The ONLY problem I see is that in the movie, the wife dies and it’s sooooo sad!

I say go for it — it’s adorable.  It does look like a lot of work — I can’t imagine blowing up all of those balloons but if it’s what you want — go for it!!

It’s cute… but Up made me cry.

I will say that as someone with long, thick hair, I’d hate to walk into a room and find out there are ribbons on the back of the chair that are likely to get stuck and pull on my hair. I’d deal with it for a close friend or family member, but I wouldn’t be loving it.

Do keep in mind that if anyone hasn’t seen the movie, it could come off as like a child’s birthday party.

So cute! Balloons tied to the back of each chair, an UP!-themed mailbox for cards, bride & groom buttons, “Our Adventure Book” for a guestbook…guess that’s more “wedding”, but still! : )

It is incredibly cute, and I would be smitten and impressed with this theme if I was a guest.  So basically – SQUIRREL!

    😉
