    So, pre-thanksgiving festivities I was really stoked that I was doing good with keeping the weight off I was at 124 down from 130, Post-thanksgiving I'm at 126ish. Not too bad but still sucks. Its so hard to get back on the wagon too because I have so many amazing  leftovers...what's a girl to do lol. I need to buckle down that's what. Sooo ladies what was your damage????

    scale shows "E."  haha, kidding!  I'm leaving for Mexico in 2 weeks and am bummed that I ate my weight in cheesecake!  I don't weigh myself, but the pants were a little tight this AM, darnit!

    I actually lost 2 lbs over thanksgiving. I stayed far away from food. :p

    @Fifty you must not have had my amazing Trader Joes turkey. JK I read your post about your extracurricular calorie burning activities lol

    +2 which isn't too bad considering that all I did while I was at home was eat and talk wedding stuff with my mom :P  Gotta get back on the wagon this week though!!

    Sweet, I'm probably going to stay here for another couple of weeks until my last final, then I'm going to start yoga and Jillian again. Its a pretty sweet combo, the yoga helps make me less insane.

    I think I'm going to try to go to the gym tomorrow.

    For the first time in 3.5 months. During which I've been paying member fees.

    I am so lazy.

    AHHH lol I am lucky because my association dues pays for our clubhouse which has a full gym. I also have lots of beautiful trails to hike in my community but its freaking cold. I also notice that if I do too much cardio I gain weight, I just do hot yoga 2-3 time a week. You burn like 800 calories in 1 and 1/2 hours but it just takes so much time out of my day like 4 hours total. I don't have that kind of free time.

    KM take it easy tomorrow or you will hurt. the fitness Gods will punish with soreness.

    We have a gym at my complex, but it doesn't have classes. So. I'm going to an interval class tomorrow and I fully intend to have it kick my butt! I miss being in shape! I will TOTALLY be sore for the nexy WEEK but it's okay, I'm used to it.

    @MyraG- Oh, you must mean my running outside? :p

    P.S. I have to go to the doctor about one of my "activities" injuries. Turns out that my coccyx is out of place, and that's why I rugburned there so easily. lol.

    I ran a 10K on Thanksgiving morning, so I think that negated all of the stuffing I ate later that day ;o)

    I am where I was before Thanksgiving. And where i have been stuck for months and months! Its frustrating but with finals 2 weeks away and 4 papers due before then (oy vey! Seriously professors- why do you ALL load all the work on the end?!) and then 3 papers due during finals...I've decided to just try to maintain where I am until after the crazy is done, then its 1-2 hours on the bike every day, 30 mins of weight lifting, yogo, pilates, 30 Day Shed, etc! I would love to lose another 20-30lb before March when I plan to order my dress. Heck, at this point, if i could just lose pounds and weight to get into a 16 I'd be happy (although I am aiming for a 12 for now...).

     

    What i want more than anything is to lose enough weight to feel comfortable running again. I am too big right now- it just leaves me with sharp pains in my knees and feet and sore boobs.

    @rabbit: Invest in a super-supportive sports bra.  I don't know what your size is, but I'm a 34DD and I get mine affordably from Champion.

    +2, but worse than the weight gain is my stummy's expectation to be fed delicious fatty foods all the time. Going back to the routine eating habits is a bit tough.
