We're planning on Hawaii - either split between Maui and Kuai or a cruise to all 4 islands.

Just decided this week! Dubai and the Maldive Islands!

 There's no direct flight to the Maldives from NY, so the choices were to fly through Dubai or Singapore. So why not stay a night in Dubai? Can't wait!

We're going old school - Vegas, baby!  Good food, great shows, and a sexy, delux room overlooking the city of lights.  Neither of us have ever been before, and we're psyched.

no idea. i'm trying to convince the fiance that we should do something small, as the money will be tight, and then go someplace cool/amazing/fabulous for our one year anniversary... but everybody's reaction is this: "but it's your honeymoooooon! you only get one! do it right!" hey, it's my honeymoon, we'll do whatever we want...

the current frontrunner is a cruise to the mexican riveria, for a weekish, as we can get one out of LA for about $1000 for both of us. :) 

We're doing Lake Cuomo Italy.  Should be great - just starting to do the planning for that now.

We've booked the honeymoon suite at this adults-only all-inclusive, and I can't wait. It will be my first real vacation (not going to see family) in AGES!

ooo harugirlie! Japan is a great honeymoon! I definitely recommend going to the hot springs. The traditional ones have separate baths for men and women but you can find more modern ones where you can spend it with your husband.

Miss Lovebird, we can't wait for Maldives! Actually my fiance's friend has a corporate hook-up so he's booking all the hotels for us. But we're doing the flights ourselves.

We chose between Tahiti (all the islands around too), Thailand, St. Lucia, and Costa Rica.  All of these places are very romantic and beautiful.  A LOT of honeymooners in all of them, as you can tell - especially St. Lucia.  SO after deciding that Thailand and Tahiti were just too far (because of the cost, we could only do a week in either place, and that was just not long enough), and St. Lucia hotels are pricey, we went with 2 weeks in Costa Rica.  CANNOT WAIT!!!  We will be traveling all over CR for 2 weeks.  Rooms are extremely affordable too!  We were actually just about to book St. Lucia when my FI said he'd really prefer CR.  That being said, I am the kind of person who needs a million things to do when I am on vacation; St. Lucia is a small island.  I was worried I would run out of things to do!  ANyway, if you are thinking Mexico, what about Puerto Vallarta?  I've never been to Cancun, but it seems like such a party place.  Playa del Carmen is nice too, but when I was there I felt like we had to drive everywhere to do anything.  Anyway, I think honeymoons are fun no matter where you go!

ICELAND!  We live in the UK, but are getting married in Cali, and Iceland is on the way back.  Spas, natural hot springs, trips up glaciers, beautiful hiking, and isolation!!  :-)  Also, in July, there's about 21 hours of daylight each day, which is pretty awesome.  We're psyched.
