    We’re both about the same.  We don’t go to the gym as often as we probably should, but we try to make the effort to go!

    he is a lot more fit because of his job. he can eat and eat and eat, without gaining any weight.

    I’m more fit, but not by too much.  And he’s working on it more than me, so he could pass me anyway!

    That’s tough. I chose I’m fitter and he’s OK. SO is naturally skinny (damn metabolism). Meanwhile, I battle putting on pounds!

    I voted that ‘we are both the same, we’re in shape’ but I might be a little ahead of him.

    I look more in-shape then him, not that he looks bad at all, he looks great! I just looked more toned because I have a smaller frame to start with. He can obviously lift more weight and sprint faster but I can run longer distance and I like to workout more than him. I drag him to the gym some days and I eat healthier.

    We’re both about the same. We eat well, neither of us is overweight, but we are out of shape and need to exercise more. (By “out of shape”, I don’t mean skinny versus fat, I mean having endurance and strength.)

    My husband has a back and arms to die for (he’s a mechanic, and you can definitely tell he works hard!). He could stand to firm up in the tummy area, but honestly, I have no problem with the way he looks now!!  Same with me, I could stand to tone up, lose my love handles and tone the tummy but hes pretty happy with the way i am

    He’s more of a natural athlete than I am but I’m more in shape at the moment. We both go to the gym regularly, he just has more of a sweet tooth.

    Darling Husband works out about 3 hours a day (and 6 hours on weekends)… so needless to say he’d win that competition.

    I used to work out 5 times a week, but it’s gotten away from me.

    My Boyfriend or Best Friend is in super good shape. He runs marathons and ultra marathons (a couple years ago he did a 6 hour trail race and ran 56 km, this year he wants to do an 8 hour one, and he eventually wants to do a double marathon, and also a full iron man triathalon). He runs to and from work at least one day a week (10 km each way) and will bike most nice days in the spring/summer to and from work. (They have showers at his work). He also does a lot of other stuff too to work out. I’m a bit of a couch potato. I’m currently training to run a 5k. Yep half the distance my bf runs twice a day once a week, I have to train to get there… Bf is also super skinny, whereas I could afford to lose a few lbs.

    He’s always teasing me because I SHOULD be fitter, since I’m 21 yrs younger!  But I’m skinny fat; not totally out of shape but I could tone up/get in better cardiovascular shape.  While he’s a desk jockey by day, he’s a manly handy man when the work day is done.  Amazing how much muscle you build doing house repairs, chopping wood, etc.

    We’re both runners, so we’re pretty in shape, but neither of us does any lifting. So Darling Husband has a soft tummy which I’m totally fine with :o) Since I’m pregnant and semi-high risk, I haven’t been running lately which kills me!

    I would say I am fitter, as I’m the only one who has been working out lately. He’s slimmer, and if he started lifting, he could get physically fitter than me in no time. I however, will always have more stamina! 😛
