I have a tattoo on my shoulder blade as well. I like my tattoo but my family are really traditional and just don't want to put up with comments on our wedding day. I have been doing some research and some people have success with Dermablend. I just found out they carried it at Ulta so I plan on making a trip out there and see if they can try to cover it up for me before I purchase it for the big day. Would love to hear what others have used and what worked for them.
I second Dermablend. Make sure you get the setting power with it so it won't smudge.
Well, I actually have 5 tattoos. the rest you can't see...I like them, but this one is literally a grayish mess right now! I will look into dermablend! thanks!
There is a stage makeup company called Ben Nye that also carries a kit. It is a little bit more heavy duty than regular street makeup. You can usually buy it online. Just make sure to powder REALLY well.
My friend's sister had one on her shoulder blade too...she ended up "glueing" on crystals along the lines of the tattoo...but hers was a flower...I don't know what yours look like!
I'm glad I didn't have to write a post about this
One of my "lovely" BMs decided to get a tattoo on her arm.... starting at the shoulders all the way down to her elbow!!! <--It was a tattoo in honor of a friend that passed. I know plenty of ways to mourn the lost of a loved one but getting a hugh tattoo up and down your arm was not one of them. Anyways... I will look into getting this for her. Thanks for the tip
time balm from sephora is a good concealer- I'm not sure on tatoos but it does wonders on my face. . .

and got this really ugly tattoo on my left shoulder blade when I was 17. I have been in the process of having it removed, but its hurts like hell, and was expensive, and I was lacking time for the appointments. so basically, now I am stuck with a partially removed hideous thing on my back!! I know my photographer can remove it in the photos. But, I feel ridiculous. Does anyone know of a really good cover up that actually works?
