For those of you with solitaire e-rings, what did you choose for your wedding band?
I like the idea of embracable rings like the one below but have also noticed many of you have two eternity or half eternity bands (one for either side)…give me some ideas and show me for inspiration!
The first pic is an idea of an embracable although the one I want is slightly more detailed (smaller diamonds going down the side as well) and the second pic is another enhancer ring idea.. and the third pic is similar to my ering 🙂

My e-ring is exactly the same as yours. I’m doing the pave-set diamond band with the diamonds only going halfway around (not sure what that’s called)
This is the type I’m looking at:

I have two eternity bands, one on either side of my engagement ring (round solitaire, just like yours). Mine are not chanel set. Instead, each band is a row of diamonds in a shared prong eternity band. Meaning that two diamonds share two prongs, instead of four prongs.
One word of advice that I got from a fellow bride is that if you can afford it, splurge for the diamonds all the way around. My friend had the diamonds about 1/2 way around, and she said the band is constantly turning around on her finger, and she is ALWAY trying to fix it. Your engagement ring doesn’t really ever slip, since the large diamond keeps it on top, but with a regular band, it is much more likely to slip & twist.
This isn’t my band, but it is very similar. The prongs on my bands aren’t quite as pronounced as this picture. My diamonds seem to be more on display, while in this picture, you can see more of the platinum.

If you like the double-band look, find a band you like and get two- I think it looks a little nicer than the ones that are made to look like two. That’s what I got and I LOVE it!

Can any of you girls with the double bands show me? thanks!

I am planning on getting two channel set eternity bands (stacked). You can see a picture of it here along with what we are thinking about in terms of his ring.
Good luck and I agree with kjpugs – get two bands instead of attached. This way you can mix match your rings and just wear one band when needed. 🙂
Miss ejs4y8 also has stacked rings, although her e-ring isn’t a solitaire.
