I have a splint shank halo and love it, but between those two I like the solitare better.

@MrsSleno:  Ummmmm this is hard.  Mine is similar to the second, but all palladium and not two toned…and I love it!  But the first is beautiful.  I don’t know, but whichever you go with will be amazing!

I’m not usually a fan of halos, and this one is no exception. The solitaire is much prettier!

I voted solitaire because I like the unique detail.  Both are absolutely gorgeous, though, and will look great no matter what you choose.  When I have trouble deciding i walk away from it and then one choice or another will sort of stick in my head or I find myself comparing all other choices to one certain one.  That tells me the one i keep thinking about should be the one I choose.  I hope that makes sense! 🙂

I have a halo and love halos and I liked the solitaire better ebtween these two though my halo is on a single eternity band and while I love split shanks they didn’t look right for me so that may be why I’m drawn to the solitaire here – I don’t think you can go wrong though!

    Very different styles!

The solitaire is really pretty, but I voted for the second option, because it’s more my style. (I have a two toned halo)

Have you tried on these rings or similar?

@MrsSleno:  Solitaire! Could you get the prongs in platinum or white gold? I find any other colour of prong distracts from the gorgeous stone!

I’m also another solitaires-over-halos girl.  And wow, that solitaire is gorgeous!  I’ve never seen detailing like that before – do you know how wide the band is?  And where is it from, if you don’t mind me asking? 🙂
