This is just regular alterations that most brides need. You’re sizing it down less than a  size, so it should be very easy. I would get a few quotes from seamstresses in your area, but it shouldn’t be more than $200-$300. Other things like putting in bra cups, bustle etc would be extra if you need them. Just make sure the dress has already been cleaned and has no stains, as cleaning would be your biggest expense otherwise.

Because of the lace, your alterations will cost more than normal. Lace is sometimes very hard and timeconsuming to work with and there is usually a lot of handwork involved.

I suggest showing a picture of this gown to several seamstresses and asking them to quote you a price.
