Weddingbee boards

So we didnt have a professional photographer, it really wasnt something we could afford, so we had 2 friends do our photos who has a really fantastic camera. One is a photography student who did my getting ready photos and reception photos. And one is a family friend who does  it as a hobby, we got him to take our photos at the ceremony and after of family and portraits.

They turned out really good, but some just require fine tuning and photoshop. Which Im getting another friend to help with tomorrow. So Im just going to post a few snapshots. These are just the ones from the ceremony. :)

heres some more just started to go through the first 50 and editing. So in a bit of a trial and erro these stage. Im editing in a program called lightroom. Can add filters to the photos to get differant feels and fix lighting.

@clarebee: Thanks heaps! they are one of my favourite photos. There done with a creamtone filter. makes them look a lot more professional than the color copy.

 @AudzinLuv: YAY! My shoes only cost 20.00 and they were ruined by the end of the day due to walking in grass but it was really worth it.

@futuremrskelsey: Totally great huh! We didnt have to pay a dollar and got got to keep the original images. We just bought our friend a really lovely gift. There was no way we could afford to spend$1500 dollars which seemed to be the minimum for a professional photographer in my town. Im super excited with how they turned out and a friend of mine reccomended me downloading this program called lightroom. I downloaded the trial version and its really simple to use. So if your doing the non pro route this is a great way to do editing :)

@Miss Sparklespaniel: go right ahead! I had a disaster hair trial so im glad it came out trumps in the end!!

@camrie: Im a bit behind on posting more pictures!  Im patiently waiting for our student photographer we had on the day to send the getting ready and reception pics! its an agonizing wait, but Im trying so hard to be patient!! I havent posted the really good photoshopped ones yet simply because when i first started editing I was still learning to figure the program out. Now that Ive had it a few weeks the photos are turning out just right! anyway so I  post them soon!  fingers crossed that it will arrive soon! 

@Miss Sydney: are you serious? 7000 dollars?? that was more than half our budget... I would faint!
