cause I'm engaged!!!! Cross me off!!!

He proposed to me last Sunday. I knew the proposal was coming because I was with him when he bought the ring but I didn't know when he would actually propose. We were leaving our house to go out to eat with some friends. He was walking to the garage to get the car when he turned around and walked back towards where i was standing waiting for car. He gave me a kiss and I asked him what are you doing because we're going to be late. Then he got down on one knee and I said "you're not going to do this now" then immediately started to cry. Then he asked me to marry him and through the tears I managed to say yes. It was short and sweet. It was perfect. We were a little late for lunch but our friends didn't mind.

I just want to say thank you to all of you ladies. I don't post much here but read your posts often. It was alway comforting to know that I wasn't the only one hating the waiting process. I know everyone says this, but it was totally worth the wait. I get to marry my best friend and I have a beautiful ring.

MadamoiselleL -He did't make me wait long at all. We bought the ring on the 11th and he proposed to me on the 16th. :) I hope you don't have to wait much longer.
