If you caught it that fast… you can stop it… call the credit card company right now… those tickets will not be valid … that shouldnt be a hard fix. its not like they walked out of a store with merchandise.  If they chose to have the tickets mailed… im sure they didnt mail them out yet… either way the ticket barcode can be voided… just like they do if you lost or misplaced your ticket.

You should be ok.. just put a stop on it ASAP!!!

I’d assume you called your credit card company immediately as they should be holding or reversing the charges while they research the fraud.

Oh my word! That sucks! Can you report it somewhere and get the money back?

Call the credit card company right away.  They should be able to clear all the fraudulent charges right away.  Then ask them to overnight you a new card.  You should be fine for your honeymoon!

I am sorry. That happened to me a few weeks ago. Thank god my bank was great and reversed it all right away. Someone went to target and like 10 pay pal charges. So annoying.

Meant2Bee:  Have you asked if they can overnight the cards? I was on vacation once and an ATM ate my debit card. At the time, I didn’t have any credit cards (I was 19) and it was literally my only form of payment. I called my bank in tears, and they were able to overnight a card to the hotel I was staying at. I have Bank of America, but I’m sure other companies can do it as well.

Meant2Bee:  Oh my goodness, that is terrible. It is good you called your credit card company right away, but the stress someone put you through is messed up.

Meant2Bee: Agree with PP that overnighted cards are the best (they want you to put $$ on their cards!) and you can also have extra cards sent to your hometown.

Do you have an emergency card or can you open another one? I have my main card that I use for everything and then an emergency card for emergencies (like this).

Meant2Bee:  I’m so sorry this happened to you. Agree with PP’s to get the bank to overnight a new card since this is a special circumstance with your wedding 10 days away.

Also, if it was a ticketmaster purchase, wouldn’t the thief have to put in an email, or mailing address? maybe the CC company can catch whoever did this that way.
