I just looked through like the first 8 pages on the dress threads, and I can't find that post anywhere!!!! It's killing me that I can't remember who it was!
I know me too! I really want her to see this! And it is a BEAUTIFUL dress, I had never heard of Watters until two days ago and wow, they are great!!
The original poster, the one looking for that dress was Brose244. The pic you posted looks similar but the one she was looking at looks like it was more of an A-line.

OK so i read I really long story on a thread the other day about a girl who found her dream dress but refused to purchase it from a store that was not giving her the name of the designer. Well I totally respect that, and I was looking through some Watters dresses and I am almost positive that this is it.
