My friends and I are hoping to have 1 something borrowed item (hopefully blue as well!) that we can all pass along to each other as we all get married.

The only problem is we can't think of what it should be!

    Any suggestions?

What is you something old/new/borrowed and blue??

There are 5 of of us and we all met in college and have all been in each others wedding and have all worn the same earings.  I'm actually the last one to get married and I will be the last one wearing the earings.

Here is a nifty idea for something Old to pass on!  Of course it will be new to you, as you are the first in line Something borrowed : wedding something borrowed Icon Razz Purchase a "Tussy Mussy" (a victorian like bouqet holder) and have your florist do  up your bouqet (if that is your taste) and  make sure it comes with an engraveable charm.  Have initials engraved on it as you pass it on to your bridemaids as they marry.  They can easily be found all over the internet with a simple google search and are fairly reasonable in price. Something borrowed could be a bridal purse from one of your other friends who have married or a lace handkerchief...this could also be something to pass along and have initials stitched for each new bride!  For something OLD, I wore my grandmother's wedding rings on my right hand.  The BLUE had me stuck but my bridesmaids bought me a blue garter to wear under the dress.  Hope this is helpful!!! Good luck!

How about a single-strand pearl bracelet.  It's likely to go with everyone's dresses and it's pretty unobtrusive.

someone blogged about a handkerchief that each bride (in her family) used, embroidered with their name and their wedding date.

    you could use blue thread.....

    i'd say a pearl bracelet/necklace, with a blue crystal
hanging from the clasp... then you have a little bit of blue, but it'll match almost anything.

earrings would be good too. a ring would be hard because everyone is different sizes... a sparkly brooch for the bouquet, perhaps?
