If someone pisses off or wrongs my SO, he may get frustrated at the situation for a minute but will never bash the person. And I’m all “WHAT! I CAN’T BELIEVE SO AND SO DID OR SAID THAT THAT!” and off I go ranting and raving.
I’ve asked him about it before and he said he just doesn’t like dwelling on those negative feelings and would rather just move on and let it go.
If only I could be more like that …
Is your SO like this as well? Is this a guy thing? Or are you like that as well?

Mine doesn’t dwell on things, but since we work together, one of our favorite things to do when we get in the truck to go home is talk about the screwed up things and people we each had to deal with during the work day. Dude can mimic anyone on command and when he’s angry, it’s especially funny.

@pokie45: I try to move on a quickly as possible. I find I am a happier person if I do. As far as my Fiance, he is usually the same unlesss it is really bad.

I don’t know if it’s guy thing. My husband is similar in that he never ever holds a grudge! If he gets angry or in confrontation he can totally and completely let it go after its resolved! I wish i could do that. I’m bad about holding on to my grudges!

@turnertobe: It is easier for me to let things go because I spent my whole life watching my gramdmother and mother hold grudges forever. My grandmother is 102 and sill complains how her long dead sister in law stayed with her as a teenager over 80 years ago and didn’t do the dishes. I don’t want to end up like that.
