I dunno what’s going on. I will say I was exercising every day for 2 months – saw no weight loss.  The past 2 weeks I’ve stopped exercising at all but kept to my diet.. and I lost 5 pounds.  Weight is just weird and crazy like that.

Focus on being healthy, try and find some joy in whatever progress you’ve made. 🙂

stress can also affect weight, and sleep patterns too..so even if you eat right and work out there could be other things hindering your weight loss
