Hey bees! I need help coming up with songs for the bridal party and grand entrance into the reception. I want something fun/funny and I have a few ideas but I don't really LOVE any of them. Anyone have ideas that are along these lines?

Bridal Party: Shots - LMFAO, Walk it Out - UNK

Me and Hubby: All I Do is Win - DJ Khalied, This is Why I'm Hot - MIMS

how about "bring em out" by TI - we used that as our (bride and grooms) intro song and everyone loved it and it would be just as great for the bridal party.

Well we used The Beatles Here Comes the Sun and it worked for the whole party and us.

We used alot of Beatles songs for our wedding. lol

I LOVE that Edward Sharpe song. Such a happy, spirited song. Love it, love it, love it!

I started thinking about the element that the music needed to serve the moment. I wanted music that used "tension and release." This is a real term used in music to describe a style that builds and pulls back, builds and pulls back, until the final release at the end.

There are lots of great examples in music, but not many in top 40, which isn't really composed by people who are all that concerned with music theory.

So, here's my pick. It's a mostly instrumental piece with high, high engery and a big, big resolve at the end. The piano is simply awesome. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=hlyrV_aWGhM

I imagine some of you will think I'm crazy when you see whose song it is, but if you're a musician, I hope you enjoy it. Can you believe the lead singer of that band is now sober? It's done wonders for them, in my opinion.
