The first line of I Will Always Love You always sounded more like “Bittersweet mammaries” than “Bittersweet memories” to me 😛

Until we got together, my FI thought “Don’t go chasing waterfalls” was “Don’t go Justin Waterfalls” Oh and the Young Rascals song, “Good Love” he thought was “Dude Love” 🙂

@lexmek27:  I knew a girl who insisted it was “Don’t go Jason Waterfalls”

For a long time, I thought Celine Dion sang about food a lot. First “The hot dogs go on” and “For all those times you stirred my meat”

I knew a guy who thought “raise a little hell” by trooper was “crazy little elves”!

This isnt lyrics or anything, but until about 15 I thought “making ends meet” was “making minced meat.” I never understood why anyone said that. XD

Just this morning I heard DH singing “Bird Lines”. Too funny to correct!

Much worse though, when I was little, I used to think the song “Cat scratch fever” was “Can’t scratch beaver.” I never understoof (until I was older) why my parents thought that was so funny..

Shania Twains “im keeping you forever and for always” was always “im keeping you forever in the hallway”
