I love Bell Biv Devoe's "Poison".  It always gets people on the dancefloor, and it's so fun to sing along to.

Bobby Brown!  What about SWV (sisters with voices) who sang the song 'Weak.'  God, I loved that one.

Also, if you're looking for ideas, go on one of those sites that sells CDs on TV...they always have 90s compilations.

But more pop- TLC (Waterfalls), Salt N Pepa (Shoop), Backstreet Boys, Boyz II Men (Motownphilly), Proclaimers (I'm Gonna Be (500 Miles)), Britney (... Baby One More Time)

We will be having songs from all the decades and my 90's decade is totally lacking.  Majority of our guests will be more into country and I'm not much of a booty shaking kind of dancer yet the songs that remind me of the 90's are booty shaking songs :)

I love 90s dance songs, they remind me of junior high dances LOL! 90s dance songs that are a must and oh so cheesy are: "Tootsie Roll" "Daisy Duke" by 69 Boyz, "This is How We Do It" Montell Jorden, "1,2,4" Coolio

And OMG I just did a search and that song by LFO "Summer Girls" was SO Popular! " I like girls who wear Acrombie & Fitch!"

The 90's were quite possibly my favorite era of music (close battle with the 80's).  Poison is a great song!  You have to enjoy hearing the classic 1 hit wonders like Vanilla Ice, and that song "Candy Rain" by Soul 4 Real i think it was, and Bust a Move!!  MC hammer was another fun one as well!

    Oasis "Wonderwall"

    Fiona Apple "Criminal"

    Sublime "What I Got"

    Ace of Bace "The Sign"

    Mariah Carey "Someday" & "Hero"

Bone Thugs & Harmony "Tha Crossroads"

Sorry I'm kind of obsessed with 90's music!! I think I could go on forever.

    Gansta's Paradise - Coolio

Freak Like Me - Adina Howard

And the entire Nutty Professor soundstrack.

PS - why the hell was I allowed to listen to this stuff?  I was a kid!  Good thing I didn't know what most of it meant...

I would say that the USB stick (plugs into my stereo) in my car has more 90s music than 2000's music. I reallylove 90s music, you really can't compare music today to that decade. I mean, Snow's "Informer"? They just don't make 'em like that anymore! ;)

Ummmm let's not forget Marky Mark and the Funky Bunch "Good Vibrations" please. Remember when he was just a shirtless rapping white boy? Oh, memories.

I second "Poison" because I love that song. Also "Lovefool" always brings me back to the 90s. God there are so many. How about some of the oft-overlooked classics like James - "Laid" and Soul Decision - "Faded"
