For me, personally, Baby Got Back is a fave :) but there are a few others:
-Many of the Barenaked Ladies songs -Man (I feel like a woman), Shania Twain -I'm a believer, Smashmouth cover-version -Love Shack, B52 -Zoot Suit Riot, Cherry Poppin' Daddies (or any of those random big-band, swing style pop songs that have randomly come out) -Crazy In Love, Beyonce and Jay-Z
I have a must-play list for our d.j., and these songs are from it.
I agree that Michael Jackson always seems to work. But don't forget about the little "Car Wash" ditty. I know it's from way back, but it gets people moving. :)
Sweet Caroline - Neil Diamond is a good one and everybody knows how to dance to the YMCA. I think most people like to dance to oldies because they know them and can have fun with them.
Electric Slide for my family LOL =)

Michael Jackson "Billie Jean"
Violent Femmes "Blister in the Sun"
Madonna "Like a Prayer" -- at least it always seems to get the ladies dancing and singing in the bar.
Our wedding is going to be filled with oldies and 80s ...
