Hi There! I am looking for more pics of this dress too! I've called just about every store in my tri-state area and no one has it!

Love this dress! I've been calling all the shops around me that carry sottero and midgley asking if they have one for me  to try on and so far I've called 10 places and no one has this dress! It's my favorite dress I've seen online but the idea of ordering without being able to see what it looks like on me makes me super nervous!

Love love love! I ordered my dress last month and it's supposed to get here by January 2011. I can't wait to try it on!! <3

@Jones2B:Very beautiful! CONGRATS! What size did you get and how tall are you? I think we are similar in size. I'm unsure of my size in bridal gowns. Although in brands like Express/Bebe/Banana Republic I am a 0/2/XXS/XS. I am short and afraid of getting the petite size that may end up making the dress unproportional, like long on the top since it is drop waist and short on the bottom half of my body. Although I still have to get it shorter if I choose the regular! But I do plan on wearing 3.5-4 inch heels. Thanks!

@Jones2B: Ya, I think I should try on a couple more of the same style. I am five one and a quarter and maybe I will end up looking like a 10 year old lol. Thanks!

@Ajmal3yon: I'm 5'2 and thought the same thing when I tried it on, but there is a seamline at the waist and the seamstress is going to bring it up so the dropwaist isn't so low. Just something to consider if you love the dress :)

@jmay: Ya. I went into a bridal shop just recently and was able to try the same dress but this time they had it in diamond white. While I had the gown on, the clerk actually pulled the waist up a little and it did look much better. However she told me they dont do that with Maggie gowns and that they only cut the bottom off because I am short. Weird. Unless she didnt know.

@Ajmal3yon: When you order the dress in petite from Maggie they take off from the  bottom, but the lady doing my alterations after I get the dress is the one who is bringing up the waistline. It is costing more than just a typical hem, but I think it's worth it :)

@mari_saav: If any of the bridal shops around you carry the Sottero and Midgley line you could ask about the share programs where they get the dress shipped to the store and you can try it. I know that the Jesslyn dress is part of the program but I'm not sure how long it would take for the store to get it (there's usually a waiting list) and some stores ask you to pay shipping. Another thing to consider is your timeline and how long you have before you would need to order your dress. Good Luck!

@kmf0909: Here's a picture. They did a french bustle for the dress. The place I went to basically said it was the only way to support that much dress on my frame, the only other option that gave me was to bring it up over the embellishment in the back and I didn't want that! Good luck!

@scotinvegas: I made my own HK shoes and think they matched just perfect! I know Hello kitty may not be your style but have fun with your shoes don't feel like you have to wear ones from a bridal store if they are ugly. You shoe LOVE your wedding shoes!

@kcarroll61: My dress was white and I absolutely loved it. I also had the drop waist raised a bit because I'm pretty short. Only other thing I would add is it's a pretty heavy dress my hips were sore the follow couple of days but it was well worth it
