Oh Olive Garden, I love your unlimited soup, salad and breadstick lunch so much! Maybe too much? Today was going to be my day off, but after a girls lunch to get caught up with a friend, I find myself feeling a little full.

So, off to Wednesday spinning I will go to make me feel a little less guilty about my lunch time splurge.

Also, here comes the food coma. Yay?!?

I love it too!  At least the soup and salad are most likely low calorie (as long as you aren't eating a creamy soup) so hopefully you didn't so as much damage as you thought!  Have fun at spinning!

    Yay nap time! LOL.

Oh their evil breadsticks are so delicious. And their salad dressing...oh it's not good for you, LOL. I'll keep on thinking it is, though =].

Have fun at spinning! My butt STILL hurts from Monday.

I want to say thank you. Your post inspired my lunch today. I am having campbell's Select Harvest Zesty Tomato Bisque soup and bread. I was going to have salad and skip the bread, but I just couldn't do it.. I just. Couldn't. Do it.

    Don't feel guilty!

Yes - 2 hours later . . . still full! I'm only feeling a little guilty because I told my kitty cat that I'd be coming right home after work today. But, the gym takes precedence this time around!

@okqueenbee - glad you had the bread! I find soup so much more satisfying with a side of carbs Smile

And really, what life is worth living if you can't have delicious food?

Yes delicious food is great!  As long as you don't eat like that every day, then it's perfectly fine!

Eh... don't feel too guilty.  I just ate fruit, yogurt... and a bag of cheetos.  I plan on punishing myself by running extra long tonight.

@ Goldilocks - soup is so satisfying, it truly is! I don't know what it is about it.. just the volume I guess? You're right though, the bread does make the difference. I think it soaks up the soup and expands in your stomach or something :P

@Miss Root - Cheetos are SOOO tasty! And because of that, I am not allowed to buy them at the grocery store in any size larger than a single serving (or those bags that are really 2.5 servings but you can totally eat on your own in 10 minutes).

As I like to tell FH when he sees me in my chocolate-induced bliss: I work out so I CAN eat things that are bad for me. I'm happy, the food's happy, and therefore everyone is happy!

But, I did just have a yogurt for some element of healthiness before heading to the gym!

omgosh, I LOVE Olive Garden salad and bread sticks lol That's the only reason we ever go there :) Did you know you can buy a large bottle of salad dressing separate to take home? mmmmm Just finished mine on a salad yesterday! lol Sucks that it's not healthy, but just so tasty! I don't usually like to stuff myself silly (hate it actually) but at Olive Garden I just can't help it... lol

I LOVE OG!  My bf and I go there all. the. time.  We always go for dinner, and I just get the unlimited breadsticks and salad for dinner, and maybe an appetizer if I'm really hungry.  I usually have 1 breadstick and 3 bowls of salad. (insert embarassed face here) haha.
