So I am trying to lose as much weight as I can by my wedding. I wont be able to lose it all lol
I was having trouble starting anything at all, and one of my BMs convinced me to try the south beach diet.
I was always against fad diets, and always preferred weight watchers or plain ol changing your eating habits. Anyway, I have been doing it for 5 days, surprisingly it is really easy. I thought no carbs would be hell, but its only 2 weeks. And I find it so easy that I dont have to keep track of anynthing.
So I am wondering if people still do this diet, and if anyone has had success? The book says most people lose 8-13 lbs in phase 1…BM says her grandpa lost 20 lbs. I do realize it is mostly water weight at that phase, but it would be nice to lose at least 10!
