anyone going to south east asia for their honeymoon? heard it is dirt cheap.

Wow a lot of posts about SE Asia! :-) I'm not going but I have heard the same thing and think only the plane tickets are the expensive part.

Maybe try calling a travel agaent just to feel things out price wise.

We're going to Laos and Vietnam for 3 weeks in October. Tickets were actually really reasonable ($1000 RT from Denver).

We are going to Vietnam for a little less than 2 weeks and our tickets were a little over $1000. It totally depends on where you stay, but there seems to be a great selection of reasonably priced hotels and I think once we get there, the food will be really inexpensive.
