I think a meet up would be great!! anytime in either feb or march would be great!
@FutureMrsChaney: I just recently learned that Coral Springs is in the Miami/Ft. Lauderdale area, do you like it there? We live in Kendall and we'd like to move to Broward county this summer.
@soonerpsych: I wouldnt suggest it. It has gone down hill a lot over the years unless you chose to move into a gated community like Eagle Trace or Heron Bay which are pricey :( we are moving back to my home state of New Jersey in March to get away from here lol
@soonerpsych: Also I wouldnt move to broward its honestly not the greatest area I would suggest up and coming areas like Boynton Beach and North of there.
@FutureMrsChaney: Interesting, we've enjoyed Miramar, Pembroke Pines, Davie, etc far more than most of Miami. We actually looked in Boynton Beach Wednesday! I'm trying to stay close enough to commute to FIU in Sweetwater at least once a week, since that's the whole reason we moved here from Oklahoma.
@soonerpsych: Thats an awesome school! I actually go to school in Hollywood I cant stand it down there lol such bad drivers! I like Pembroke Pines a lot if you are planning to move to one of the nicer areas south florida is either a hit or miss I find

@FutureMrsChaney: Are you at Nova? FIU is pretty good, I'm just a grad student so I'm not too involved or anything. No joke on bad drivers, I just got hit on campus this morning actually! My first wreck!
@soonerpsych: oh no stupid drivers!! I swear when im down there my car becomes invisible and people like to swerve in front of me or just completely stop for no reason lol. Im actually going to school for Hair and Make Up.

Looks like a lot of the South FL bees aren't seeing the thread, or just aren't interested, so maybe there will be more interest closer to March.

I've seen several new South FL faces on the hive lately and was wondering if you all would be interested in a meetup? I was thinking somewhere in Ft. Lauderdale (but I'm flexible from WPB to Key Largo really!). Let me know if you'd be interested, and if so, a general time frame that would be good. And I'd love to hear location suggestions!
