Go to the international jewelry exchange in Boca off of Glades and right past the turnpike on the right. There are a bunch of different places to go in that one place and most are smaller mom and pop places you can haggle with. My fi got my GORGEOUS ring there for such a steal.

i was also going to suggest the exchange...hubby and i got our wedding bands from there.
If you are still look Freddys in Downtown Miami is great, I got my ring from them, they are amazing. If you go ask for Stacy she is great
