I'm not a native speaker BUT did notice a couple things you may want to double check:

I agree with the 'your honor'. I don't know Spanish well though.

responde should be respondan
perosnas should be personas
I actually like "personas que asistiran" - it's more formal. Don't forget the accent on the last "a" though. And when doing a date it will de "responde antes del 3 de junio" or whatever. "DEL" not "de". And most people don't realize that months ARE capitalized in English and are NOT capitalized in Spanish.
The correct word for "guest" would be "invitado", not atienda. I would say "Nombre(s) de invitado(s)".

# of guests - Numero (accent mark on the U) de PERSONAS que asistiraN (accent mark on the last a )
