I don't have any specific ideas, but maybe look at artists that have both Spanish and English albums...? For example, Christina Aguilera, Jennifer Lopez, Marc Anthony, etc.
I agree with hotchild... Check out Marc Anthony. I just love his music and he may have one you are looking for.
Also Enrique Iglesias, he has some songs in both languages. Not a big fan but he has some good ones.
I saw a video at my dj using the song For You by Kenny Lattimore. He sings the song in spanish and he mixed the first verse in english the 2nd was in spanish.
This song was used at a wedding I attended as the couples first dance "I belong to you by Eros Ramazzotti and Anastasia". It is very beautiful and has both English and Spanish lyrics.

There is a version Marc Anthony's You Sang To Me that is both in English and Spanish. The Spanish version is called Muy Dentro de Mi. If you can't find it, ask your DJ to make a mix between both of them. It's a great first dance song too.
Toby Love has some beautiful bachata songs, if you wanted to shake things up and do a bachata as your first dance.
Juan Luis Guerra I think has some songs that mix English and Spanish. I know Aventura does too, but I don't know if they're appropriate for a first dance.
