Yeah, I'm a 'sparkie/sparkette'. Honestly, I only use it for the nutrition part. I eat healthy, it's just that my portions were out of whack so, I use sparkrecipes. They are so yummy. I lost about 25lbs using it...and have gained 7 so I have to get on the wagon again :)

Has anyone tried Spark People instead of Weight Watchers? I saw Spark People recommended in a magazine and decided to give them a try. A huge site with many many resources. Many support groups called "Spark Teams", message boards, fitness and nutrition trackers. Recipes and even a receipe calculator where you can input the ingredients and you get the calories and nutritional info. I am just getting started there but it IS a tad confusing because there is so much info and resources available. What I like is the fact that it is FREE.
So are you a Spark Person? Any recommendations for a confused newbie?
