Me! I love it, I’ve lost 13 pounds since my highest. Honestly, it is a great tool but it is only as helpful as you want it to be/make it. If you track your meals, use the videos, follow the tips, you’ll see results. If you just get online to get points, you won’t :/

I’m not using the site right now but it’s the only thing I’ve had success with. It’s as simple as tracking what you eat. Take time to get to know the website inside and out and take advantage of all of it’s tools and you’ll definitely have success! My favorite thing about it is the iPhone App to track my calories!
