I'm really torn on how to end my ceremony and what throw I should provide for my guests.  I've been floating with the idea of sparklers but my ceremony will end at approximately 5:30 and there might still be sun out.  My ceremony will be outdoors and overlook the Manhattan skyline.  I thought the sparklers would really make my pictures pop!

I wanted to buy one just to test out the look at 5:30.  I floated on the idea of lavendar throw as well.  Help!

I need advice.  Should I drop the sparkler idea and stick with the floral throws?

I like the sparkler idea but I worry about the logistics of lighting them.

One of the other Bees had some great pictures of just her bridal party doing cool things with sparklers.  They spelled out "LOVE" and the photographer did something (like lower the shutter speed) to capture the trail of the sparkler.

I really love the idea of sparklers, definately test it out in the lighting. Although lavender is popular and smells great, I am still not wanting to get pelted with anything getting stuck in my hair.

I think the sparkler idea is nice.  There is the logistics of lighting them, but once you get over that it would be nice.  I wouldn't want to be pelted with anything and then have to sit through pictures and the reception with that stuff in my hair and down my dress.

My main concern is that the sun will still be out and it would not come out as nice.  The official sunset time is 7:12.  My ceremony will be over at 5:30.  It may be too sunny for the sparklers.

And what do I about lighting the sparklers?  Provide everyone with matches or lighers???
