Honestly, I joined and don’t use it. I don’t really like the interface, and I have found other calorie counters/activity trackers that are much less cluttered and appealing to me. The friend functions are profile are kind of cool if you want to network, but I do all that stuff on Facebook already. My two coworkers LOVE it, though.

I love sparkpeople.com! I am a member, same username as I have here. I made it my homepage which kept me accountable with tracking my food and beverage intake! And earn sparkpoints!

i joined it a while back, but i feel like the site is so confusing that i really have no desire to use it much. i wish it was easier because it seems like there’s a ton of good information and motivating people on it.

I use it, too–both the nutrition and fitness trackers pretty much daily (I usually take 2-3 days off of tracking food each month, sometimes a few more if I worry I’m getting too obsessed!).

I like the recipe calculator a lot, too 🙂

I really hate the interface of sparkspeople.  Too much going on, whoever designed it did a poor job in my opinion.  I love the idea of it but I hate navigating the website and I’m in the IT industry.

With that said, I do appreciate the ability to “switch” out different foods that are very similar content wise on my daily recipe list.  Although, I haven’t been on there in a few months.

I use it only for the recipes. I have favorites and if I want to cook for the week I just browse. I don’t use the calorie tracker or the exercise one either.
